Re: Nathan Thompson

He probably was unaware of any of his team mates names having presumably not had a chance to train with them, plus as Ashman says probablky not match fit I'd be astonished if there wasn't a reason for him not even being on the bench. The only reason I mentioned it was because Adi said he'd be aston...

Re: Posh v Ipswich

Even game, fair result. Positives and negatives to take from it, two decent finishes and Pyms best moment in a Posh shirt and we matched Ipswich man for man. On the other hand, if Ipswich could take penalties we'd have lost and Kent is a red card waiting to happen. And we'd have won if we could defe...

Re: Q&A Thursday 15th August

How's that working out for Notts County Gaz? They sacked Kewell & then appointed another manager. They got relegated and are now in the national league. Our manager never did get offered the role. What's your point? Well, we're never going to know if Ferguson could have out performed those managers...

Re: Q&A Thursday 15th August

They’ll give him more than 3 blimmin’ matches. And quite right too. Last season doesn’t count then when he took us out of the play offs? Was you pleased with his performance last time he was at the club too? He’s punching above his weight in league one. Ask yourself why he couldn’t get another job....

I forecast that Godden will score more goals for Coventry than Eisa or Toney will for Posh.
If Godden scores more than Toney did for us last season he shouldn't be in league one.

..... and we haven't lost at home to them since 1972! :comeon:
I hate to be the harbinger of doom, but Ipswich have been rather successful in those years.

Though those years did include a 7-1defeat to a Grant McCann inspired Posh :D
